Good vs. Evil

How much energy does it take to frown?

To be mean, hateful, and downright rude?

Studies have proven that it takes less energy to be happy and joyful that to be mean. Smiling could actually be a form of exercise. (If that is the case then why am I not super skinny?)

Spending most of your life being mad at the world and holding grudges seems natural in a society where teens go on killing sprees and people torture one another for no good reason.

So have a good day just because, or make someone else’s! It makes a world of difference and could quite possible be good for your soul.

Kill em with kindness… is often the cliché associated with grace or whatever you want to call being nice to someone even when you want to slap them.

That kindness, in turn, will be worth it in the long run and will pay off when you least expect it.

Being all riled up could cause heart problems, mess up you psychologically, and potentially death. Not letting people get to you is very much easier said than done.

Proverbs 8 says it best… “Joyful are those who listen to me… all who hate me love death”
